RULE 42.

SECTION 1. Members of companies must sleep in their company houses, and while sleeping shall not be unnecessarily disturbed. No person other than a member of the Department (except a substitute acting for a member) shall sleep in any of the houses of the Department, and no person will be allowed to lounge in or around any of the Department houses. Time for rising shall be not later than 6.00 A.M., and for retiring after 8.00 P.M. and before 11 P.M.
