RULE 32.

SECTION 1. No person shall be allowed in a building during a fire or while occupied by the Department in the discharge of its duties, or within the lines formed by the police, unless they be the owners of the property, a member of the police or fire department, a member of the press, or person entitled to enter the lines by displaying an official fire line badge.
