RULE 2. SECTION 1. The office hours of this Department shall be from 8:00 A.M. to 12 Noon and from 1.00 P.M. to 5.00 P.M.; Saturdays from 8.00 A.M. to 12 Noon, and from 1.00 to 3.00 P.M., during which time all department business must be transacted, except in case of accident or sickness. SEC. 2. The office will be closed on Sundays and legal holidays. SEC. 3. Members of the Department while on duty and having
